Sports Club Meeting

Just went back from a meeting...a bit exhausted..anyway..well covered with yummy lunch instead! Btw fyi, in this meeting i've talk more than before? hahah..bit funny but a lot of things been raised. The first thing i disagree was during their vacation to China. On the first place it was personal arrangement and those who agrees to join will need to bear all the cost themselves. At the end, when the financial statement been published, we only knew that the hotels was FOC plus pocket money! whushh!!!!! this was shocked! if things was clearly stated, i'm sure most of the club members would be very honored to join this vacation. please la..we are not stupid! if u use the club name but only certain people can benefit from it..better not. please be fair and square with everybody at least! if i don't think about the 'bosses' was involved in this conspiracy, i would argue more. but for me at least i've opened up their eyes to be careful in the future in making such arrangement. again, we are not stupid okay...

this is the first time i'm joining the meeting and i've brought up some issues and make them realize that the meeting is the place where we can upfront any unsatisfactory issue and they should answer it at the time! no aa or mm..or whatever..

i will attend an interview next month. hopefully i will get thru it successfully. InsyaAllah. at least it for my career growth. anyhow for me so long the meeting been chaired by the 'bosses' it won't be a very open minded meeting. The members that ' under supervision' won't dare to fight for any issue that come across their mind because it might effect their working environment. that is for sure! and I can bet it!

as the conclusion, this thing won't finish as long as u become the boss in future? hhihihihi...
